  • Room reservations should be made through the Congress Organizing Secretariat via the online registration form.
  • Please make your reservations early, as bookings will be on a first-come first-served basis.
  • Room reservations will be confirmed only after receiving the full payment for the hotel reservation.
  • Hotel check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00.

Group Reservations

Cancellation Policy - Accommodation:

Cancellations or changes should be received in writing by the Congress Organizing Secretariat (Dekon Congress & Tourism) via e-mail to [email protected]. Please do not contact the hotel directly.

  • Cancellation requests received before / on July 28, 2024 will be refunded with a one night rate applied as a penalty.
  • Cancellation requests received on / after July 29, 2024 will not be refunded.

In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release the reservation and the payment will be non-refundable.

Late arrival / Early Departure Fee - If you arrive later or leave earlier than the date of your confirmed booking, the total cost of accommodation will be charged, and no refunds will be issued.

Please note that registration or accommodation refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of WFITN 2024, and bank charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
